Harry Reid International Airport has plenty of transportation options, including taxis, Uber, and Lyft. It’s a quick and easy ride to Fremont Street and surrounding hotels. You’re welcome to stay wherever works best for your budget and preferences. We’ll be staying at Circa if you’d like to be nearby.

Transportation will not be provided. The chapel is easily accessible by Uber, Lyft, or taxi (Or walking distance depending on where you stay). If you’re attending the ceremony, please plan to arrive by 6:30 PM, as it will begin promptly.

You’re welcome to bring whoever you’d like on your Vegas trip. The chapel, however, has a very limited capacity (about 20 guests), and we’ll be prioritizing immediate family and close friends for the ceremony. If you’re hoping to attend inside the chapel, please RSVP by August so we can coordinate with the chapel to get additional spots accommodated.

You’re welcome to bring children along for your Vegas trip. Due to the chapel’s limited space, we ask that any children attending the ceremony are able to sit in your lap and remain calm and quiet during the short ceremony. We appreciate your understanding as we keep this an intimate setting.

There isn’t a traditional RSVP deadline, but the chapel does require a final guest count. If you’re hoping to attend the ceremony, please let us know by August 5 so we can provide final numbers.

It’s Vegas—drinks are everywhere. There won’t be a traditional open bar, so feel free to grab a drink wherever you’d like and celebrate with us your way.

Ceremony reservations are booked about every 15 minutes, with the actual ceremony lasting between 7 - 10 minutes. From arrival to departure, plan to be onsite for less than one hour. This includes a required arrival 30 minutes before your ceremony, and a departure about 15 minutes after your ceremony.

We’re planning to go to dinner after the ceremony and keep the celebration going—Vegas style. More details to come.

Outside of the ceremony and dinner, there are no formal events planned. We may wrangle the crew to grab drinks or see a show closer to the date. We encourage you to explore, relax, and enjoy your time in Vegas however you’d like.

There’s no strict dress code—this is Vegas, after all. We are leaning into a vintage, retro, old Hollywood feel and would love for guests to have fun with it. Think satin, classic silhouettes, and a touch of glam. Women might consider black, champagne, red, blush, or even a bold pop of pink. For men, black with touches of white or a classic dressed-up look fits perfectly. We’ll also include a Pinterest board below for a little inspiration if you want to lean into the vibe. We’re planning to take a few group photos, so if you’d like to coordinate, we’d love it—but most importantly, wear what you feel your best in.
